How long does it take to get my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on the specific kit you choose. We make sure it's dispatched from the most suitable location to optimize delivery speed. Here are the shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Your kit will typically arrive within 7-14 days.
  • FedEx Express Shipping: Opt for expedited delivery, and receive your kit in just 3-7 days.

Refunds & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after payment. To do so, email us at customer-service@diycraftsart.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched or provided with tracking numbers, we'll cancel it. Please note that once production has started, cancellation won't be possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, please note that certain instances won't be considered damaged products. In the case of missed or mistaken items, we'll resend them but won't issue a refund. Damaged packaging necessitates replacement only if the main product is damaged.
