1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Standard Products

  • You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags/labels attached.

Custom-Made/Personalized Products

  • Non-Refundable: Due to their bespoke nature, custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved items, monogrammed goods, made-to-order products) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email 'customer-service@diycraftsart.com' within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos (if defective)

    • Reason for return

  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Ship Back: Send the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective/wrong items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made/personalized products (unless defective)

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to confirm stock before returning.

  • For incorrect/damaged items, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
